A blend of 90% lambrusco salamino and 10% ancelotta. This red lambrusco has pleasantly brisk bubbles and a fresh, ripe berry flavor. Made in a dryer style, this would pair beautifully with lamb, pork (especially the skin) , or our favorite, pizza and pasta! From Emilia Romagna Italy .
