This Trepat Cava Rosé is made in the Champagne method, which explains its fine, persistent bubbles. To be deemed a Cava, wine must spend 9 months on the lees— this bubbly gets 12! It is mildly-acidic and refreshing, with floral notes, a delicious hint of fresh berry. and super-soft tannins that make it exceptionally versatile
