Wine Class | Food & Wine Pairing (11/8 & 11/15/10)
Monday November 8th & 15th, 2010 (2-night series), 7-9pm
Introduction to food & wine pairing class provides an overview to the concepts involved in food and wine pairing. Start with a base of a wine tasting primer, stir in some basic food theory and sprinkle food and wine tasting exercises on top. Students are taught how to use sensory abilities to identify ingredients in both food and wine that complement each other. Arguably Savvy Cellar's most popular (and enjoyable) class!
